I am enraged at the lack of courtesy and customer service provided by this company. They do not answer the phone, respond to voicemail or answer questions. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone - person or business in this town.
Please exercise caution when dealing with this account. Tri-County OPE LLC placed an order with us in February 2024 for Archer chainsaw chain and Archer guide bars. As of today, payment has not been received for this order. Our attempts to contact Tri-County OPE LLC by email and phone regarding this matter have not received a response.
Poor communication. Said mower would be ready at end of week. Called in am , no response. Drove over, locked up at 1:30pm. Phone message box full and could not leave message. Would love to talk to someone.
