After having a difficult time with another medical supply company, I was pleasantly surprized by the staff at Tri-County Mobility. I expected to wait a long time , since the other company took 5 months to complete service, but my call was returned promptly and the appointment was set for the same week I called. Greg came to my home and repaired the chair on sight, a true lifesaver! Many Thanks for all your help and I plan to use this company again when I need wheelchair repair.
Tri County Mobility is impossible to work with...you can order stuff and months later you sit without..(this is with or without insurance). They refuse to answer thier phones and rarely return phone calls. Id definately go somewhere else...fast.
