I had never gone to therapy before coming to TCMH. Kayla at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming. Nicole has helped me navigate many difficult issues. I am so thankful for her help...I feel like a totally different person since I first came in. Therapy is valuable, but sadly underutilized tool.

TCMH helped me to break the general barriers I had with therapy. Right from the intake process with Kayla, to therapy with Victoria, the environment was welcoming, and the whole experience confirmed that I was in the right place. So, when my wife needed a place to go for therapy, we knew exactly where to go. I highly recommend TCMH to anyone seeking therapy.

I also appreciate that she also isn't afraid to call me out s... read more

I inquired about therapy and I was, unfortunately, not able to use this office. But I got the sweetest call from Kayla. She was so nice and let me know that they don’t take any Medicaid plans and have no openings right now. BUT she maintains a list of around 40 providers in this area that do accept Medicaid that she e-mailed me. I worked front desk in a lot of medical offices and I could have never maintained a list like that or even remember who MIGHT take Medicaid. And offices usually have no bones about telling you that i... read more

When a person is brave enough to call for mental health, they should be met with kindness, a welcoming voice, and ease in setting an appointment. That was exactly my experience with Tri-County. They have created a culture without stigma, negativity, or frustration. Highly recommend!
