Edit/Update: I’ve recently tried again and pretty much the same thing happened. I saw the same person as the first time and had an appointment scheduled with them, then suddenly I’ve been moved to a different provider on a different day that I couldn’t even make it to because they did it without actually speaking to me. I waited on another call to reschedule since thats what they told me would happen and heard nothing. Will not call you back when trying to self refer unless you’re a guy. Called twice, a week apart and heard nothing, my bf called on my behalf and got a call back the very next day. Tried to call to make an appointment and got no where. Only took me back when I had nothing else I could do and came in with my bf sobbing. Had to reschedule the intake due to insurance changing and still haven’t heard anything back. They cause more stress trying to get help than to just deal with it.
