The woman that greeted me was struggling to be friendly. She said, we usually do appointment only. I said, okay, I can come back another time. She says, no it’s okay. THEN WHY DID YOU BOTHER TELLING ME ITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY IF IT IT IS OKAY! Then she proceeded to give me a hard time and was trying to charge me over $400.00 to put a date on my mother’s grave. I cannot say enough about this company—they helped me and my family tremendously during an incredibly difficult time. When my beloved grandmother passed away this past October, we were faced with the challenge of updating a headstone already in place from my grandfather’s passing in 2013. I have to first start by giving a huge thank you to Lisa. Going through such a difficult process is hard enough but she was so kind, helpful, and generous with her sincerity of my emotions. Without a doubt Lisa and Phil made this entire process so much easier for me to deal with.
