The receptionist is very argumentative and does not help with any scheduling health concerns and has put my health in jeopardy… they lied on a report saying I missed several appointments and refused to get lab work done which was not true and falsified characteristics of patient visits and character I have withdrew my support I offered from this practice from the end of conversation I had with on edge receptionist!!
Receptionist has so much attitude and ignorance and I’ve never seen a place that scheduled you for so many appointment and gives you so much trouble trying to get your normal medication definitely not a warming and welcoming place, everything’s is made way more complicated than it needs too to soak up insurance and your money. That secretary also really needs to find a new career!
Dr. Butala is only as good as her office - and it is terrible. The receptionist is rude, confrontational, unprofessional and as much as accused me of lying. The staff/doctor do not follow up on tests results. Do not go here.
I am giving Dr Deepak Buch one star because you can't give anythung less. He double bills for appointments. I went in for an annual Wellness Exam which is covered by my insurance (he billed insurance $190 for this) and then he also submitted a claim for $170 for the same day which resulted in me being charged a $35 copay - after they received payment totalling $291.89 for that short office visit.
