Outstanding Service Recovery – Thank You, Rich! We had scheduled a service appointment along with a loaner car about a week in advance and received confirmation from the service department. Worst Lexus dealership ever. They keep calling you to say that the vehicle maintenance is due, and they hang up on you when you request to be taken off their list. Stay away.
Avoid this location; go to another center. I don't believe this is Lexus center!! Just check their reviews on Google. Worst Lexus service experience I’ve had. They initially charged me for an alignment that was never performed. Only after I caught it and pointed it out did they admit it was their mistake and reduce the bill to $266. This alone is unacceptable. Pricing was also inconsistent and misleading from the start. Charged me a $1000 for nothing I took it to a real mechanic and the inspection report they had half of it was wrong and those parts didn’t even need replacement
