Awesome assistance on March 29 and again on April 4. Extremely helpful, answered all questions and made sure everything was OK before they left our house. I would double the stars if I could. THANK YOU!
Very rude and unprofessional towards patient and family members along with patients home health nurse. Was told patient needed head supported do to medical condition staff disregarded . Allowed patients head to be unsupported during transport out of home onto gurney. Forced patient to stand up and pivot in gravel without shoes on. Patient has stage 4 cancer with clotting factor disorder.
