Vinny and his team are nothing short of phenomenal. Vinny came out, explained exactly what was needed to work with the landscaping we had planned, checked in while he waited for site work to be completed, and when we weee finally ready, he had our entire sprinkler system up and running (and the wi-if controller programmed) in a day. Fast. Efficient. Professional - can’t ask for anything more!

We used Tri-County one spring and fall to turn our system on and off. The second year we needed some repairs. The first attempt they replaced a broken piece of pvc pipe with perforated pipe which obviously didn't work. They also said they needed to order a part, a backflow preventer. There was not much communication from the company after this visit, primarily due to the pandemic, which is understandable.
