This was the ONLY place without a waiting list for my 10-year old son (through his insurance) and the situation was pretty critical for us. I brought him for his initial “evaluation”, which lasted 4 hours. I was told I would be emailed a therapy plan and he would be assigned a counselor that would call me within a week to schedule his first appointment. Never received either. Where do I start..So like other reviews said they are just trying to milk you for as much cash possible.So I just came back from DMV where I was told that I only needed DUI 1 class,same as I told them at tri county and lady says she will check and comes back and says I need the DUI 2 class..that's double and twice as long..second..there evaluation..i had this DUI seven years ago..with barely any questions and no record of any issues for anything...i need there drug counseling..Dmv confirmed because of time and the fact I did... read more

Had a pleasant experience here for treatment last year until I ended treatment. Months later Ive been contacted by a collections agency for a balance I didn't recognize. I was told Carla Mayfield could help me with my previous account and could explain where these charges might have came from. I was immediately dismissed and told to call the collections agency. She didn't ask my name or DOB in attempt to explain anything to me about where this might have came from. She kept repeating the same sentence over and over in a cond... read more

This is not a good place, they use ur past as way to keep making money off you..The assessment in evaluation at the end of your DUI class is a way keep you from seceding in life. They use what I said about my DUI that happen 18 years ago to make me continue going through same charge that I already did time for and counseling for,to be referred to another counselor at the end of my evaluation... I will not let you people stop me achieving my goal. I will do y'all counseling class again just to prove y'all wrong

Blatant cash grab. Wish I could give zero stars. Literally mentioned not having a beer in months and rarely drinking and I got recommend to see a specialist. Besides that 40 dollars to reschedule appointments alone. It's legal robbery. I mean I'd rather mugged so the person is at least more honest about things. Also as someone who has a college degree its asinine they charge a college courses work for 3 days worth of class
