Well my experience was yesterday Thursday May 21,1026 with 1 of their peer specialist at Lakeland hospital i forget her name but I will describe her she was like between 5'2 to maybe 5'5 about 160 it's shoulder length blondish brownish hair with bangs she does not belong working in the field at all she is the most ignorant person I have met especially when it comes to mental health or addiction when others are around she plays nice but as soon as people leave she will treat you like a piece of crap she makes you feel worthle... read more

This was the ONLY place without a waiting list for my 10-year old son (through his insurance) and the situation was pretty critical for us. I brought him for his initial “evaluation”, which lasted 4 hours. I was told I would be emailed a therapy plan and he would be assigned a counselor that would call me within a week to schedule his first appointment. Never received either. Where do I start..So like other reviews said they are just trying to milk you for as much cash possible.So I just came back from DMV where I was told that I only needed DUI 1 class,same as I told them at tri county and lady says she will check and comes back and says I need the DUI 2 class..that's double and twice as long..second..there evaluation..i had this DUI seven years ago..with barely any questions and no record of any issues for anything...i need there drug counseling..Dmv confirmed because of time and the fact I did... read more

Had a pleasant experience here for treatment last year until I ended treatment. Months later Ive been contacted by a collections agency for a balance I didn't recognize. I was told Carla Mayfield could help me with my previous account and could explain where these charges might have came from. I was immediately dismissed and told to call the collections agency. She didn't ask my name or DOB in attempt to explain anything to me about where this might have came from. She kept repeating the same sentence over and over in a cond... read more
