We are happy to review and recommend Tri County Homes. Tri County Homes completed two separate projects for us within the last two years. The first, a three season room addition to our home. Tri-county homes did some renovating for us. They installed hardwood flooring, moved electrical switches, and modified an entryway. the flooring installation required our sink to be disconnected and reconnected as well . They were wonderful to work with, especially considering that they are a busy company, often doing jobs much more extensive than ours, but they exceeded our expectations! They have planned a future addition for us and we are looking forward to working with them again.

My wife and I selected Tri County after interviewing numerous builders. All those we interviewed were satisfactory, but we felt that Tri County would go the extra mile for us. True to form, they did just that! We hired Mr. Lovins and his company to build a home for us at Lake Cumberland. Since we live in another State, we had to completely rely on him and his crew to oversee and complete the project. Rodger Lovins was very professional, promised what he said he would do, stuck to his quote and his work shows perfection - best of all, our water leak has been resolved. He was able to work in our "little project" several weeks after we met which gave us relief from worrying about further water damage. His workmanship is professional and top-notch. His crew also did a nice job of clean-up. We appreciate knowing someone in the Somerset area who can provide excellent workmanship.

My wife and I have built several custom homes in many areas in the U S such as Lake Forest IL, Palos IL., Palm Beach Fl. and Montana and in Bronston Ky where we now live in price ranges from $100,000 to well over $1,000,000.
