Just good ole fashion customer service. If Dean can walk you through it over the phone he will. Doesn’t make unnecessary trip out and charge for something he could have walked you through. Wonder if Dean and wife ever sleep because wherever we have had to call it gets picked up. 😄
On a calm and frosty January night as the temperature dropped into the single digits the temperature in the house starting dropping as well, my furnace had called it quits. Picked up the phone and Dean was on scene within 20 minutes and had the furnace blowing hot air in no time.! Thanks again Tri County.
We had an issue with our cottage furnace when we were out of state. We received a message from our Wi-Fi thermostat. I called TriCounty and they were there within the hour. Without their service we would very likely have ended up with frozen pipes. Highly recommend this company.
