On a calm and frosty January night as the temperature dropped into the single digits the temperature in the house starting dropping as well, my furnace had called it quits. Picked up the phone and Dean was on scene within 20 minutes and had the furnace blowing hot air in no time.! Thanks again Tri County.
We had an issue with our cottage furnace when we were out of state. We received a message from our Wi-Fi thermostat. I called TriCounty and they were there within the hour. Without their service we would very likely have ended up with frozen pipes. Highly recommend this company.

I contacted this unprofessional company in August to give me a quote on replacing an oil burning furnace in my home. I wanted it done before winter weather set in. They came and looked over my basement. Then...nothing. Two weeks go by and I CALL Dean to ask about the quote. He said he would email it to me over the weekend.
