Richie was able to diagnose and repair my heat pump. It was super noisy before but now it puts me to sleep. Nicole in the office was amazing throughout the process and I appreciated chatting with her. Thanks guys. I’m a happy customer.
Good people do deal with all the way through I never noticed until about a week after they were gone That they had placed the heat pump in front of the disconnect making it useless for turning off the power However I have never contacted them regarding this issue
The air in our house was stale with high radon levels and excess humidity. From the first call, Ritchie and Julie and the team were attentive, friendly, patient and professional. They recommended and installed an air exchanger with ducting throughout the house.
