My furnace stopped working at 11 pm on a Saturday, Dean was here by 9 on Sunday and I had a new furnace on Tuesday! Very professional, they explained everything and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
I got a prompt response and on time service for my furnace that was on and off heating. Fair pricing, friendly service, and knowledgeable staff. Five stars!
My furnace was cycling on and offbut not heating up. I phoned the guys at Tri County on a Friday morning at 915 and left message got a call back in about 15 minutes. Tri County was at my house...diagnosed the problem...had repair parts on truck and furnace was back to working by 1100 am. Can't see how service could be any better. Definitely 5 star!! Thank you very much.
