Just had Justin come out and repair a broken damper motor. I had called Friday after 6 PM and he took the time to take my call and give me a solution until they could get out today and repair it. Also signed up for their annual service, which is an absolutely great deal! Justin went above and beyond. Definitely earned a lifetime customer!
I have been using this company for the last 3 years for maintenance and I am very happy. Very reliable, very quick on responding and professional. I called them at 8 o’clock because my AC was down, by 10pm someone was already fixing it.
So glad I contacted Tri-County Heating & Air for my new heat pump system and upgraded zoning. All of the staff were great, professional, explained everything, and made the whole project easy. Look forward to working with them again, well into the future. Highly recommend!
Great job and honored their warranty!
Justin just did my maintenance and explained everything and did a very efficient job on my Summer checkup. Highly recommend!!!
