I am completely satisfied with my Phonak hearing aids and the service I have received at AudioNova. Run Forest run! I went to this place because it was recommended (covered by my insurance) in lieu of my Audiologist in Gainesville. What a mistake. I ordered a new hearing aide (1) because I lost it. I order replacement. Instead they order a new set for $2000 instead of $400. Scam more likely than not. Going back to Accent in Gainesville a real Dr.
