On May 5, I visited your location for a hearing test and to purchase hearing aids. I was seen by Ronald Hapanowicz, who recommended a specific pair, which I purchased. They worked fine at first, but after a short time they began causing problems. On June 12, I returned due to these issues and was assisted by Dave Greenidge, since the original person was not there. Enima is very knowledgeable and helpful. She immediately diagnosed my problem with my hearing aid and gave me a loaner while mine was sent away for repairs. I was very impressed with her and, by association, Audio Nova. This my first experience with Audio Nova. I will continue to be a patient.
