We recently moved and had to find a new AudioNova. We got hooked up with the one at 3405 SW College Rd. Ocala FL I had a problem with a broken receiver for my hearing aid. At that time we met Mayra. She took care of my problem immediately. Also she replaced the other one at the same time, plus gave me the most updated ones. We will definitely be back when I have any other problems, and my next hearing appt.
Tiffany Jack and her associates were amazing today! Top notch customer service that’s not the norm these days. We moved here from Ohio recently and I purchased my hearing aid up there. I was assured that I would have no problem being serviced here in Florida, at no extra charge.
