Under staffed! OWTS permits went from 2-4 days with Tri County and now they are 2-3 weeks. However, they want your payment right away...go figure!
Went in for a birth certificate. The line was short. I had some issues and the staff was very resourceful in providing the extra forms and doing their best to help. Thank you!
Really disappointed with the change from Tri County to Douglas County Health Department. We are uninsured and used to be able to take our kids to Tri County offices for immunizations for a minimal administration fee. The new Health Department contracts with Stride for services, and when I called to schedule with Stride I was informed that they charge for the visit, which would cost us $100+ because of our income.
