1/13/2025. Commerce city vital statistics has two men working in the office. They can handle only 16 requests a day. You need to make an appointment to get a bc or dc. Ridiculous, I went to Broomfield and watched a lady do 9 certificates in 30min. Im trying to get in touch with the director of public health who is Jill Hunsaker. I would appreciate anyone who is willing to email Jill. I'm sorry I cannot find her email but once I do I will post it . She is in charge of department of public health and environment
Edit to add: I truly don't even know if the information I gave for my son's father was accurate, I told the girl I didn't have his information, and she still made me add him onto the birth certificate. My son's father was never at any point there to sign anything saying he was the father. This is for vital records. This is for vital records. It has taken me literal years to write this review only because the situation hadn't affected my son or myself until he passed away. My son's father had not been involved in my son's life from the beginning, therefore my son's father was not on his birth certificate. I was a teen mom and had to ask for public assistance.
