We are very satisfied with our purchase of a CostaCart from Ace of Carts. Erik went above and beyond for us, helping every step of way from making it street legal , adding on extra customization, teaching us about the function features, and timely delivery for us to enjoy. My expectations are met , I would Recommend anybody who goes to Ace of Carts to go see Erik!!!
My parents were 88 and 86 year old in 2021 when they went to Ace of Carts to get Mom a Cart. They purchased a 2021 Icon I 40 golf cart as the Bill of Sale (contact)states on June 18,2021. It was delivered June 30,2021, 12 days later. As Mom is 91 and can't drive , I said it's time to sell it. Around the 2nd week of February 2026, A woman who has bought and sold golf carts before advised me that the cart wasn't a 2021 Icon I 40 but is a 2018 Club Car. Happy to say that my situation about my mirrors with the turn signal not working was taken care of by Eric the sales supervisor
I was very happy with my golf cart when I first got it, but just before two years old, my rear mirror turn signal fell to the bottom of the mirror. I notified them they said they get somebody out to fix it once they got the mirrors that was in August. I just spoke to them after about 7 attempts since August they said that it’s not covered under warranty six months later. And that it’s a faulty mirror they don’t even have this mirror anymore if it’s a faulty mirror why can’t it be replaced after buying a $12,000 golf cart? I ... read more
