Called last week for service and was told they can come on the 24th of March. Before adding the date to my calendar I verify the date with the associate. On Monday the 24th at 3 o’clock I called to confirm and they told me no it was Wednesday the 27th extremely poor customer service. Thank you for your response But perhaps you miss read my review. One of the worst companies I’ve ever walked into trying to speak with an employee, taller, white gentleman, younger with dark hair mid 30s was extremely rude clearly does not know how to speak to somebody walking in the door of this business, but not even recommend trying to look for hospitality from this company Because it’s very clearly there isn’t any

Since day one from purchasing our golf cart to maintaining it every single experience we have had has been amazing. The staff are all around great people to do business with. I won’t go anywhere else.

I purchased my icon golf cart 2 1/2 years ago and was told that if I wanted a maintenance free golf cart to upgrade to the AGM batteries with a 4-6 year life span. As a novice to golf carts I was thrilled to hear that I wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance with my batteries. 3 months after my warranty was up I had problems with my golf cart - it was not holding a charge, sluggish, would stop and finally it wouldn’t move. I have no experience with Ace of Carts but have a question. Do you guys work on Evolution Carts?
