Zach was very helpful. I was looking to replace a portion of a Pella window (a double paned glass unit) and was told by several other shops that it could not be done. After googling it and watching a video, I called Tri County and spoke with Zach. I was able to order exactly what I needed and successfully repaired the window and save a lot of time and money. The staff is so nice and helpful. I have used them for replacing my front and back window in my yukon. They even offered to put my stickers back on my back glass.
