If you need a windshield replaced, this is the guy to go to. Top notch work, great communication, etc...all the good things. You don't have to go to a big company like Safelite...your money can go to an honest hard-working family guy right here in Dutchess County. And he can recalibrate the safety features in your windshield, too. Score one for small businesses. I plan to do business with Vince again. I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. We needed a rearview mirror reglued to our windshield. Our BMW dealership said we had to replace the whole windshield. Tri county glued it back on and babysat the car for a few days in their AC'ed space to make sure everything cured well, all for 50 dollars. Their adorable puppy Freckles was even there to make checking out even cuter. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I used this company once to replace a broken window in my sunroom. They are large sliding windows. They replaced the window but when they caulked it was just a bead of caulk on the window. Not even touching the window frame and surely not sealing anything. The framing would pull off the window when I tried to open it. I called them and had them come back out. Had two broken windows and replaced them in full. Easy communication, fast estimate, great work with nice people at every touchpoint--AND a great warranty! Could not recommend more!
