Service I received was great. The glass that cut for me was a perfect fit
What started as simple FEB-MAR Storm damage window replacement turned into a 4-5month debacle. it took 6 weeks to get a basic estimate back. 3 weeks to get window ordered (Fine no fault there.) Order a piece of glass for table top, gave them the dimensions of 36x62, repeated the dimensions several times to make sure they had it correct. Three weeks later after calling several times and getting that they were busy and would call when ready, I finally heard that it was ready. When I got it home it was cut 32x62, called and they said well that's what we wrote down, and that's why they recommend one of their employees come and measure. The boys that work here are amazin. They have big hearts and are very young hard workers. They have manners and respect which is somethin u rarely find these days. I love this group and am so proud.
Joshua came out to look at our windows. We were having trouble opening and closing them. He was very nice and professional. No sales pressure and no gimmicks. Helped us get them working and recommend a few things and I’m so very happy. Thank you Joshua.
