Called and made an appointment to get my tires balanced. Dropped the truck off and they said they would call when it was done. 3 hours go by and no call and at this point they are closed so I call first thing the next morning and they say they had lost my number but the truck was done. Go there to get the truck and they had left the key on all night so the truck was dead. Had to jump it in the parking lot.
I was driving through town when my check tire light went on. I’m not from White Hall and I was on my way to Carlinville. I still had quite a few miles to go and I panicked. I saw TRI-County FS and decided to see if they would help me out and not charge me an outrageous amount. They got me right in and took great care of me at the right price. Nice folks here, too.
