I have used the Body Shop multiple times. They do great work, in my experience they are One Hundred Percent all about Customer Satisfaction.
Service is fine, but be warned that if you schedule online for anything but basic service it will not happen. I planned ahead of time to get some other things done while my truck was there. I indicated this on the online scheduling. The day of my service I get a call saying that I must call to schedule another appointment for other things. Overall it was very inconvenient.
Had an appointment today at 9:45am arrived early no one was at the counter so a gentleman asked what he could do for me then another voice yells out what's your name so game him my name he throws the paperwork on the counter and saids filled this out so I did the he said very rude like sign this one in all three spots then another paper he wanted me to sign saying I was responsible for the rental I said no Geico was and I was not going to sign that he wodded up the paper and threw it into the trash and said let's go and look... read more
