This review is because they literally don’t answer their phones & I’ve been leaving messages for over a week now over a balance that I’m constantly being billed for & am trying to pay. I need a pin from them to just setup an account to pay online & it’s impossible to get in contact with anybody there. *Update: they will absolutely not answer the phone or return any of your calls, no matter the extension you dial, but they will message you back thru the patient portal in a timely manner lol..
Just had my first Colonoscopy here. They use pills which makes for a better smoother and more comfortable prep experience. No bloating, gas or cramps. The service was good and my experience was also good from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and professional. I was comfortable the entire time. All the nurses were attentive.
