Tri-County Firestone has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My alternator went out on me as I was driving home at night, luckily I was able to get to them and leave the car there that night with the late night drop box. Even though they were booked up for 4 days, they were able to fit me in and fix my car within 2 days. Not only that, they didn't charge me right away, as they wanted to check if the previous alternator was still under warranty. I had a punctured tire from the day before. I managed to get the donut on and when I got up to go to work the next day I was rolling on the donut and three good tires so what I did was I went to this place Firestone and asked them how long it would be so they could get a patch put on this tire he told me it would be at least an hour. As I was on my way to work I could not wait another hour I had to have it within 15 minutes maybe a half an hour I could have dealt with but an hour is too long especially when he knew I was on ... read more

I had my air conditioner compressor and other components replaced. I was told it would cost $1200-$1300. I was not happy when the bill was $1580.

At the top of my list to go to for any issue with my car. Went today as "check engine light" on and actually no problem discovered thanks to the great car engineers at Tri County Auto. They are the best!!
