Excellent work, excellent customer service. We needed an upgrade on our back fence; from estimate to install we were pleased with every step of the process. Quality materials and workmanship - we’ve gotten lots of compliments, and are enjoying the added privacy and safety.
We replaced an existing wooden fence with vinyl. The entire process went smoothly from sales to admin to install. All questions were answered. The work crew did an awesome job! Would highly recommend!
Response to reply: Thank you for your response, but I respectfully disagree with your assessment. While you claim the fence was installed five years ago, that is simply not accurate. The previous homeowner had the fence installed in 2021 or early 2022 — just before selling the home to me in 2023. When I called your office last year, I was told I had missed the warranty period by only a few months. I honestly don’t understand why tri county has so many good reviews. The pervious home owner bought a brand new fence right before she sold the home to me. This was about two almost three years ago. When someone suggested I reach out to tri county about the portly installed fence without a protective coat they told me I would have to pay to get it fixed. I don’t think that’s right when they didn’t do it right the first time to the point there is exposed nails and rotting/discolored wood. Now I have to find someone better who... read more
We had a great experience with Tri County Fence. Susan was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process, especially while we waited for HOA approval. Out of the four companies I compared, they offered the best price without compromising on quality. The service was excellent, and the fence looks great—solid workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
