I started going to Tri -County and seeing Dr. Franz when I moved here from West Jefferson in 2014, on the recommendation of three of my sisters who have been Dr. Franz's patients for many years. I get right in with little or no wait. Dr Franz asks about and addresses my current concerns and gives me suggestions of how to improve my overall health. She is very caring and takes time to explain anything I don't understand. I never feel rushed in my visit. The office is always clean and inviting.

I use to be seen by Dr. Frantz, i advised her of breathing issues and chest pains for years. Each time we both assumed it was my asthma and there were numerous times she prescribed me Prednisone. 5 years ago i ended up in the hospital where i found out i had Congenital Heart Defect... That's what was causing the problems the whole time and the Prednisone made it worse. I don't blame her. They don't test babies when there born back in the 70s if the came out breathing normally and i could have pushed for the necessary test. I... read more
