Michelle is not a nice person..she hangs up mid call and gives attitude and ignores your number when trying to call back. This is the worst place to go to. They have no respect for their clients and will be loosing business from me.
Leah is AMAZING since day one of meeting she has showen great bedside manor, compassion and understanding . Leah is kind, positive, and cares to involve patients when making life changes or choices. I have never felt judged or uncomfortable. I have never felt rushed at my appts and staff memeber in the cohocton office has always be compassionate, kind. I'm glad I found the office and the amazing team..
