This place has very incompetent office staff as they have been very inconsistent answering phone calls and voicemails regarding very important medications. My grandfather has been suffering in pain all day and needed a prescription and I have been calling since they opened and he has been in pain almost all day because of the unresponsiveness of the office staff. It took us almost 6 hours to obtain medication for his hospice care. This office is incredibly incompetent and unprofessional

So far not impressed with this office. I asked for information when the next available appointment would be. The lady said " I don't know " I asked if there would be a time frame. She said " I don't know , were very busy" so I said, I have to sit here and wait for someone to call me back with a unknown time frame? " yep" is all she said. Without asking if I needed anything else and there was an awkward silence. I just felt like she was Very vague and makes the patient feel uncomfortable. Wow.
