The front desk is not well managed. They will tell you that they are doing something and assure you that it will be done and you will call the next day and they will say oh it wasn't done but they will have no explanation and no apology-they do not care if you do not receive your medication for several days. There are so many people that answer the phones that there's no accountability for their poor customer service. I love my doctor here but the desk staff is AWFUL. I called trying to get in to be checked for strep throat or possibly sinus infection and they told me okay we will call you back with a time. Two hours later they still didn't call me back so I called and they told me they can't get me in today or tomorrow so go to Urgent Care. Why they did not tell me to go there in the first place instead of me sitting for two hours waiting for a call that never came is beyond me.
Tried to make a appointment for my daughter with Michelle today she said she couldn't do it because of HIPAA laws. I'm not a lawyer but I think this was bullshit do your job.
