My 1st time there. They were very nice and understood and most of all they listened.
disgustingly rude no wonder the reviews are the way that they are. I think there is some fraud going on In the billing department or something is definitely not right when you clearly do not owe Money random charges out of the blue for Old office visit they claim they did not get enough money for but when you asked them for proof that they did not get paid enough they can’t give you that all they can give you as a receipt saying that you owe money. staff is rude cuts you off when trying to ask a question like its a big problem to ask them a question if you don't like your job (answering the phone) find another one instead of being rude no point in it...... always tells you they will call you back and never does when you have more than 8 negative reviews all about the same Rudeness take a hint the place does not care about the people it serves or at least the (phone staff) does not better places around the lake that has nice people that are not rude will be looking into... read more
