How in the world is this place even open. I brought my 3 month old infant, 103 fever, respiratory distress, covid positive in at 1am because her primary said to get her to the nearest er. A very condescending nurse (short, very short hair, larger) came out and proceeded so speak to me like I am a heard of hearing, small child. She said they could not take x rays or do bloodwork (again how is this and er). So I asked if they could just check her vitals to make sure she can make it to katy. The nurse on duty , Laura Peacock, to be exact, @3am 2/21/23 is vulgar, abusive and mocked a 15 yo that has severe anxiety and panic attacks. She cursed at her, she yelled at her, she criticized her, she belittled her. She apparently has anger issues and took them out on my child! I am reporting this incident and will not let this happen to anyone else by this beast! My daughter was needing iv fluids and instead got insults .
Worst experience ever. Came into ER approx 6:40am on New Years Eve with respiratory distress could not catch my breath had to sit in waiting room til about 7:10am gasping for air because they were in the middle of shift change, then they were careless didn't secure iv and it pulled out and I was bleeding they were more worried about wiping up the blood than stopping my hand from bleeding . Very poor performance won't reccommend them to anyone.
Incompetent nurses.that come out and look at a patient in hypertensive crisis and shook her head and stated. When does she go to dialysis. Went to collect an incompetent who stated she maybe having a stroke. He thought she was having a stroke. No one took vital signs. Just said go to dialysis It will go down
