Getting bigger .. great place to rent almost anything .. friendly courteous staff
Overall, I didn't have any complaints. The customer service I received was perfectly adequate. Specifically, the service technician, Jeremy, was exceptionally helpful.
Found what I needed. Great help. Definitely recommend if you need custom made hydraulic lines. 10/10
Just want to thank Mr Hale and his professional staff for fast and efficient workmanship on my equipment that I didn’t even purchase from this company leaving in blue ridge mountain unfortunately there were no dealer close to us except Tri county and the service manager (Scott hale ) did a great job and Handel our issues again thank you and your staff
I have had work done here in the past they did a great job. No complaints on the workmanship or employees. The complaint is on the huge labor fee. I knew what my rider needed and what I wanted done. I was still going to be charged a $ 125.00 diagnostic fee for them to tell me what I just told them I needed and 125.00 per hrs for labor plus parts. That amounted to approximately 800.00 plus.
