I just wanted to give a huge thanks to Spencer and Chris in the service department. I brought my Ferris in to have it serviced after having a nightmare situation with another dealership service center. There were able to get me in fast, and kept me updated with the repairs needed. I just brought the mower home and was finally able to mow my yard again which was much needed! They went above and beyond to help me out and I certainly appreciate it.
