I originally called to schedule repairs for recall on tractor back in November 2024. Nice lady said they were scheduling repairs on first come first serve basis (totally fair) talked to service manager February 5th 2025 to see how the recall is going and when my tractor will be serviced. Service manager made me feel like I was bothering him as he told me they get about 8 repair parts per week. Said they do repairs in groups and they would get to mine when they could. Well we can start with the president as they told us in Sandusky mi. His name Dan he kept trying to avoid us. we had big problems with the Lapeer location so drove 70 miles to talk to him and he said he would get back to us and fix our tractor. that Lapeer tri county did us a unbelievable job on and I mean one for the record book.
