Very friendly and helpful staff
If you buy a tractor from private party make sure you get your tractor put in your name right away. There service department won’t fix machines covered under warranty if the tractor isn’t in your name. Every other John Deere store I’ve called said they will fix the tractor no problem, no questions asked.
I received prompt service, plus. My S240's little gas and hour display shouldn't have malfunctioned, but it did within the warranty period. Robin said I could bring it in immediately, but they'd have to order the part, which could take a few days. They got it fixed in one day. The plus: the mechanic found a mouse nest that I didn't see when cleaning it up; it was on the right side head fins below the fan shroud. Hard to see. Lucky they told me.
