Good service but parts are very expensive.
I purchased a bagger on 4/15/25 that came with a 1-year warranty. Recently, a clip broke on the bagger, but the company claimed that backing into something caused the damage and refused to honor the warranty. It's frustrating, as it seems like they’re looking for any excuse to avoid replacing the part. They want an additional $149.64 before tax after I just paid $2124.17 for this bagger
The kind lady in the office took care of me and was on my way quickly. After 2 hours my zero turn was fixed. Thank you most kindly for fixing the mower deck. Paid a lot less than anywhere else for top notch service. Thank you all at Tri County Equipment for your professionalism.
