Office staff is unresponsive, rude and has a complete lack of empathy for the patients. They charge $25 to fill out FMLA paperwork. I called the day before I initially tried to hand it in to them, and was told I can just pay the $25 and drop off the forms. I tried to drop my paperwork off the next day before work and the lady at the front desk was rude to me and told me that I can't just give her the paperwork, I need to sign in and wait for someone to call me back up to the desk.
