I'm giving this one star rating on customer service. Last year I had called Tri-County on two separate occasions. Response was they are no longer in this area and his attitude ' suck it up and deal with it.' First call was in regards to replacing the vinyl in the windows. Second call was in regards to improper installation, connecting the sunroom roof to existing home. My fear, the current leaks will become worse. This enclosure was installed the fall of 2019. Watch out consumers.
