I wish there was a zero or negative stars option! This is the most corrupt and financially irresponsible company I have ever come across and the kicker is they have a monopoly on the power grid in most of the areas they serve ! Terrible customer service skills and even worse management is what you can expect ! The young fiber installer that came to my son's home in May was excellent. Way to go tri county. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and I will be recommending Tri county fiber communications to everyone. Never met a more courteous young man... Update tri county contracts work to the worst company ever... the contractor treats their employees horribly. Definitely tri county needs to do better about who they hire. Definitely tri county doesn't care about the people like they claim.
