Get prepared for a nightmare... this company supposedly outsources their tree cutting, even tho they have a forestry manager... these guys like cutting stuff and leaving it with no plans to come back for it unless you call and complain about it CONSTANTLY... also in the past, the forest manager likes to agree to take tree's down in certain ways, that you verbally agree upon.. says he will add notes to the contract, then once they show up and do the job he then back peddles and says it wasn't on paper... I want to thank the Farrington township group for their maintaining the safety shutdown equipment. I got caught out in the storm of Wednesday May 8th. Winds were strong and a tree went down maybe 30 yards ahead of me. To cross the tree in the road I took the ditch to the right. I hung my arm on the power line. I'm a retired electrician and there was not doubt what my arm hung on. I escaped and made it indoors. Thanks for the active fuses or breakers or the good insulation. This electric company sucks I don't know why we can't all have Ameren tri co should not be allowed in Illinois
HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM! Came home one day and they shut my power off. When I called they told me I haven't paid my electric bill for the past two months and said I owed them $452.85 that's including late fees! I had to have a friend help me out cause I didn't have the money just so I could turn my air conditioning on on a very hot day! And not only that they expected me to have money for my electric bill at the end of the month!! I pay my electric bill every month so this is outrageous! Would give zero stars if I could!!
