Terrible electric company! Explain how I used close to the same KWH as last year, but my bill has doubled this summer???????????? THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!! Doubling electric rates should be ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in Keller and this month my electric bill was more then twice for a total of $587.00. Called them and they are claiming that the rate is the same but they are adding another charge that is higher then the regular rate because of gas prices, and don't see how that will affect electricity. Today I called the city of Keller and sent an email to the president. I will open a case with the attorney generals office as well. Has anyone experienced this ?
Horrible service...every time the wind blows we lose power. Me, my daughter, and two dogs had to find a place to stay. We almost froze to death!!!
