They shut us off the day after Christmas for being 6 days late. No disconnect notice, not even a late bill. Just a $290 "reconnect fee" plus the late bill, the current bill not due yet, and the estimate for the next one. All due before power could "probably" be turned back on. Then I was put on hold while they closed the office and left me ringing on hold. Basically this is a despicable company and you should go anywhere else if you can.
Way to expensive for not great service
Expensive as hell my Ameren bill wasn't this high If there was a way I could have Ameren instead of Crooked Tri county
This office has changed it's hours at least twice in the last 4 months, or I just keep getting told false information. You best bet is to never pay with cash because they're office is always closed.
