I've been trying since Wednesday, November 26th to have service transferred from the home builders name into our name. Needless to say, it's Friday, December the 5th and I am sitting here in our new home IN THE DARK. I don't understand for the life of me how come when we have a BUNCH OF BLACK FOLKS WORKING ANYWHERE, why we cannot do our job. Terrible company extremely high bill no matter what you do. It’s always extremely high no matter what season you’re in they’re quick to take your money and more quick to turn your electric off if you’re late unforeseen circumstance, they do not care they take their sweet time to fix a power outage. This company is the worst ovoid at all cost I plan to switch to a different provider suggest you do the same.
