My dad has been coming here for years to get his 18 wheeler fixed. Truman has always been so good to our family. Michelle, the office assistant is really great and so nice! We will continue to come here for diesel service. ❤️
These are really good people here. We have a shaking problem that’s hard to diagnose with our truck. They took their time and checked everything out and let us know everything they found. They spent time and didn’t even charge us since they couldn’t definitively say which issue was actually causing the problem rather than throw parts at it and charge us unnecessarily. 5 stars isn't enough for Tri-County. They are incredibly professional, friendly & honest. Shop & floors are SPOTLESS & not like the average black grease tarpit like were used to seeing. I had called shortly before closing & they got me in early the next morning. Managed to get me out by closing that same day. What would have been a logistical nightmare at the dealership ended up becoming a great experience here. I am very pleased with service I received from Tri-County Diesel Services. They replaced a carrier bearing on my 2016 Freightliner Cascadia, and got me back out on road with my load the next day. Charges for work were very reasonable. Michelle in the office was super! Very friendly and professional.
