I took my 2024 Buick in With a Dent in the hood a scratched nose.3 days later, it looked just as good as it come off The showroom. Absolutely perfect, a beautiful job.Ty so much. They do have mechanical skills here but unfortunately not the ethics to treat you right and you will get abused unless you are hyper vigilant. The agreed work took months longer than estimated. I never received a written estimate that they promised to email to me on multiple occasions. Cost me 4 times the initial verbal estimate and when I got the truck back it had new body damage that I didn’t see until weeks later when I was able to look over the truck. Great experience in light of an accident from hurricane
Update #4; 6/11/24 Just over a year after the debacle of being hit by a careless driver, the clear coat is peeling. This confirms my previous concerns...moisture in the booth. If yours is a valuable, limited production vehicle, go elsewhere. Also, when they couldn't get the code to unlock my nav/stereo, i used the online "pay $10-20 and we'll find it, guaranteed" site, and had it within the hour.
