Tri County Climate went above and beyond to get our heat back on quickly. Our furnace went out just as the weather was getting colder, and after calling other Lennox-certified companies, Tri County gave us a fair estimate and installed a new Lennox Signature furnace within a week. Very unorganized. Appointments are way out then they order the part and it comes in over a month later the tech shows up buts part in and turns it in and says your good to go he walks out and it quit working not even let it run a cycle to make sure it's good than call the next day to let them know and it's gonna be a couple weeks to a month to get someone back out here. Kris installed a new Lennox Elite furnace and heat pump. Great job, runs very quietly. He got most everything done in one day then came back in the a.m. to finish up the humidifier. Kris rechecked every detail to make sure we would be comfortable this summer and warm next winter.
Kris was very helpful and kind. He gave me full details and options in how to fix our heating/cooling system.
After two years, my Lennox furnace is finally operating properly. My house was new when I moved in 3/2021. Soon I noticed it was taking 3 hours+ to warm the house up in the morning. After several service calls, that included replacing the high limit switch, Tri County’s answer was to turn the furnace fan speed to its highest setting. The furnace was no longer shutting down intermittently, but the return air in the hallway sounded like a jet engine.
