I have been going to Dr.Guerre for 4 + years and never had an issue other than the front desk ladies not getting my claims into my insurance. Dr. G RETIRED and he had a great nurse practitioner replace him. No issues. I noticed I have been being charged extra for my co pay even though I met my deductible. They haven't made a claim to my insurance since Dec 2024. Now primary care walk in clinic took over and it is a shit show. Dr. Guerre has been my Doctor now for 24 yrs. He has always been the kindest and most professional M.D. that I have ever known. He takes his time and truly listens to all of my questions and/or concerns that I may have during each and every visit . He thoroughly explains everything to me so that I am able to completely understand any process or procedure that I may have had to endure through the years and has always put my heart at ease.
