This is one of those reviews I've been meaning to write for a while. We had Joe install a full bathroom in our basement last year and quite simply, I haven't had to think about Joe and Tri-County because we have no issues with the work performed. I'm giving four rather than five since the project took longer than we expected but I think the bigger picture to state again is we've had a working bathroom which is used frequently and people like it. I have Joe in mind for a project several years from now.
