Very very helpful. Very knowledgeable on their products. Spent time, went out of their way to answer all my questions and stayed after business hours to help me. It gave me the confidence to do the job myself. I literally saved about $1000 doing it myself thanks to Tri-County block and brick! Their products are far more superior than any box store. If you want something to last a long time I would suggest spending a little bit more money and purchase a better quality product from them.
